focus geospatial private limited is a fast-growing geospatial and engineering company with an expanding geospatial division. we’re seeking a qualified geospatial business analyst to generate new business opportunities while fostering relationships with new customers. this is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team using advanced technological solutions. with the support of our expert technical team, project managers, and engineers, the business analyst will be a vital link between our team and our customers.

the business analyst will have successfully demonstrated business development capabilities representing geospatial services within a particular region, vertical market or federal space. a background in the geospatial profession including lidar, aerial imagery, photogrammetry, or gis services is also required. a successful candidate will have a four-year degree in a related field and at least one plus years business analyst experience within the profession.

responsibilities:

• develop recurring geospatial business opportunities and sales new to focus gspl

• establish a customer network focused on decision-makers in order to develop business focused on aerial and terrestrial geospatial data collection, analysis, architectural and gis services

• research, investigate, and produce winning strategies for future contracting opportunities

• write proposals, provide roms, and develop project scopes

• track customer interactions, opportunities and maintain the database.

• manage changes to project scope via change orders and internal/external communications

• support business development activities including, but not limited to, representing the company in client meetings and conferences, and by fostering the development of long-term relationships with new and sustained clients, as well as partner companies

• provide detailed reports and tracking of leads, opportunities, and closed sales
