Were seeking a qualified Geospatial Business Analyst to generate new business opportunities while fostering relationships with new customers. With the support of our expert technical team, project managers, and engineers, the Business Analyst will be a vital link between our team and our customers.The Business Analyst will have successfully demonstrated business development capabilities representing geospatial services within a particular region, vertical market or federal space. A background in the geospatial profession including LiDAR, aerial imagery, photogrammetry, or GIS services is also required. A successful candidate will have a four-year degree in a related field and at least one plus years business Analyst experience within the profession. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop recurring geospatial business opportunities and sales new to Focus GSPL Establish a customer network focused on decision-makers in order to develop business focused on aerial and terrestrial geospatial data collection, analysis, Architectural and GIS services Research, investigate, and produce winning strategies for future contracting opportunities Write proposals, provide ROMs, and develop project scopes Track customer interactions, opportunities and maintain the Database. Manage changes to project scope via change orders and internal/external communications Support business development activities including, but not limited to, representing the company in client meetings and conferences, and by fostering the development of long-term relationships with new and sustained clients, as well as partner companies Provide detailed reports and tracking of leads, opportunities, and closed sales

The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/ Revit Modeler/ Engineering. This position includes modelling 3DMEP models and coordination for building projects.A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software along with Navis works Manage AutoCAD.Duties and Responsibilities:Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP specially Plumbing & HVACPerform assigned 3D Revit modelling tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Develop MEP BIM ModelExperience in doing3D coordination on Revit/ NavisworksExperience on Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire FightingPreparation of MEP shop drawing and 2D MEP Coordination drawingsPreparation of Revit based familyShould follow the project BIM StandardsUnderstanding of BIM Template and processesShould work with other BIM TechnicianDesigning using BIM SoftwareExperience on 4D and 5D preferredExperience on US and Europe Project Preferred
