Business Development

Experience: 2 years

Salary: Up to 30,000 INR per month + 10% Commission on every project

We have an opening for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive growth and expand our client base. As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Pitch our services to potential clients and present compelling business proposals.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to secure new projects.

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

proven track record in business development and sales.

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of the construction and interior design industries is a plus.

self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

**Note:** The salaries mentioned are indicative and subject to negotiation based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. In the case of the Business Development position, the 10% commission is calculated on the project cost, with a minimum commission of 10,000 INR for every project valued at 1 Lakh INR or more. The positions are open for immediate hiring.
