salary range : lpa - 10 lpa + incentives

age : 23-38 years

qualification: any graduate (full time)

job responsibilities – unit sales manager;

job type - onsite

roles and responsibilities-

responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.

implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.

achieving assigned pms target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the usm.

to actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.

interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as u/w, claims, & operations.
