Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers (retail or high-value clients)
Cross-sell products (loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and complaints
Build long-term relationships with clients
Acquire new customers through referrals or leads
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance

Calling customers / meeting them in branch
Explaining banking products
Following up for sales closure
Coordinating with back office for processing
Updating CRM / reports
Attending review meetings with branch manager
