Job Description

As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships between clients and the bank. This position is based on the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway and is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Engagement:** Engage with existing customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored financial solutions, enhancing customer loyalty.

- **New Customer Acquisition:** Identify and approach potential clients to expand the branch’s customer base. You will actively promote banking products and services that match client requirements.

- **Account Management:** Oversee customer accounts by ensuring accurate information and timely updates, allowing for effective service delivery and satisfaction.

- **Cross-Selling Products:** Promote various banking and financial products, explaining features and benefits to clients, contributing to branch sales targets.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services or products, helping the branch enhance operational efficiency.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow branch staff to ensure smooth operations, share insights, and achieve collective goals.

Required skills and expectations include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the capacity to work in a team. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the willingness to learn about banking products are essential. Candidates should have a degree in fields such as Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline. Familiarity with banking services is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
