This role balances high-stakes security operations with aggressive sales growth, requiring a candidate who can both manage a large workforce and secure high-value corporate or government contracts.
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in sectors like retail, healthcare, data centers, and gated communities.
Strategic Bidding: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for large-scale tenders and service agreements.
Portfolio Diversification: Cross-sell high-margin Technology-as-a-Service (TaaS), such as CCTV, remote monitoring, and access control, alongside traditional manned guarding.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring high retention rates (target >90%) and upselling additional services.
2. Operational Excellence
P&L Accountability: Manage the entire branch budget, focusing on improving gross margins through efficient labor scheduling and cost-containment strategies.
Manpower Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel, ensuring all shifts are filled and bench time (unbillable hours) is minimized.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure the branch adheres to all local labor laws, security regulations, and health and safety standards.
Emergency Response: Coordinate with operational teams to manage critical incidents, security breaches, or labor disputes.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Targets: Achievement of monthly and annual sales quotas.
Client Retention Rate: Percentage of existing contracts renewed annually.
Guard Utilization Rate: Targeting over 90% of paid hours as billable to clients.
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): Managing timely billing and collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
