We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Meerut, India. This role is perfect for individuals with up to 3 years of experience or freshers who are passionate about communication and customer interactions.
5 days in a week working
Key Responsibilities:
- **Making Calls**: You will contact potential customers to promote products and services, gathering their needs and presenting our solutions effectively.
- **Customer Support**: Provide assistance to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience during each interaction.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and call details in our database, helping to maintain organized and up-to-date records for future reference.
- **Follow-ups**: Engage in follow-up calls with potential clients to ensure their needs are met and encourage them to consider our offerings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to share insights and strategies that can improve our sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A friendly demeanor and the ability to engage customers will be crucial. We expect you to work well in a team, be self-motivated, and handle challenges with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with data entry and using software tools, will be beneficial. A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required.
