As a BPO Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with customers and providing them with information about our services. Your main goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our offerings through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss our products and services.

- Information Gathering: Collect feedback from customers about their experience and preferences to help improve our services.

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Sales Support: Promote products and encourage customers to make purchases by offering helpful information and answering questions.

- Data Management: Update customer information in our database accurately after every interaction to maintain records.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, customer interactions, and feedback received.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should be comfortable speaking on the phone and possess strong communication skills. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential to establish a good rapport with customers.
