BPO Telecaller (Freshers) Noida

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are ready to start their career in customer service. The position is full-time and allows for work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction**: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and addressing their inquiries or concerns effectively.

2. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer feedback in the system, ensuring all details are logged properly for future reference.

3. **Sales Support**: Promote and sell our products and services over the phone, aiming to achieve monthly targets while providing exceptional customer service.

4. **Problem-Solving**: Work closely with the team to resolve any customer complaints or issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and a friendly, persuasive attitude. A basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency in using software applications is necessary.
