We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and promoting our services. You will need good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will initiate calls to potential and existing customers to discuss our products and services.
- **Providing Information:** You will explain our offerings, address inquiries, and provide detailed information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- **Customer Assistance:** You will support customers by resolving any issues they might have and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- **Maintaining Records:** You will document customer interactions and update records in our database to keep track of communications and follow-ups.
- **Meeting Targets:** You will strive to meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales, contributing to the team's success.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
