roles and responsibilities :
we are looking for a customer service representative who will be responsible for
providing customer service to semi technical queries related to
national broadband network or
local area network or
local area resale or
local access telephony to
customers located in australia
skills / education / experience required:
ability to speak and write in english language very well
hsc with minimum 6 months of any experience or
graduate fresher or
experienced with upto 45 years of age
remuneration / benefits:
17,000 for graduate fresher and for
hsc or graduate with experience maximum till 25,000
incentives upto 5000

working hours /transport facility:
9 hours shift between 2:30am to 11am with
2 rotational off (5 days working)
home pickup within mentioned locations
central line: byculla - ambernath
harbour line: dockyard - khargar
