Roles and Responsibilities:

· Handling customer calls, emails, chat and queries on social media platforms.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Required Candidate profile:

· Candidates must have an International BPO voice process experience.

· Candidates must be fluent in English.

· Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off (Day/Night Shift).
