Roles and Responsibilities: Handling customer calls, emails, chat and queries on social media platforms. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open andinteractive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.Required Candidate profile: Candidates must have an International BPO voice process experience. Candidates must be fluent in English. Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off (Day/Night Shift).
