BPO Executive - Part Time - Freshers

We are looking for a BPO Executive to join our team in Dehradun. This is a part-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. As a BPO Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Support: Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.

- Call Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products and services while documenting important customer details.

- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our database to ensure up-to-date records and assist in operational efficiency.
