Urgent Requirement For Boiler Machine Operator

Set up and operate horizontal or vertical boring machines.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Select appropriate cutting tools, boring bars, and fixtures.

Perform boring, drilling, facing, reaming, and machining operations as per specifications.

Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish meet quality requirements.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the machine clean.

Report any machine defects or quality issues to the supervisor.

Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.

Maintain production records and complete assigned jobs within the specified time.
