Boiler Machine Operator Jobs

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Mechanical) with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to boiler projects (design, fabrication, erection & commissioning) and mechanical project execution. This role demands strong coordination, on-site supervision, and vendor/client communication.

Position: Boiler OperatorLocation: Tadas, KarnatakaExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of boiler operations and maintenance.Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification preferred).Certification: B Class Boiler Operator Certificate is mandatory.Responsibilities:Maintaining and repairing boiler equipment and all associated components.Regularly testing boiler water and making necessary adjustments to chemicals to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits.Keeping detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs.Ensuring compliance with state and local safety regulations and guidelines.Training and overseeing subordinates in proper operation, safety protocols, and maintenance work.Managing the fuel inventory and other consumables necessary for boiler operation.

Responsibilities. 1. Maintain Tunnel washer, washer extractor and dryers to keep laundry machinery and equipment in operational condition2. Follow Standard routine system check procedure3. Follow regular maintenance programme procedure4. Perform troubleshooting, repair and service procedure5. Upkeep spare parts inventory records6. Manage machinery cleaning and housekeeping of maintenance, repair and servicing tools.7. Responsible for carrying out routine system check, regular maintenance, repair and servicing work on machineries in plant and satellite sites to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Experience:At least 1 year of working experience relating to machinery maintenance in boiler operations industry2 years of machinery maintenance working experience
