Hiring Fresher / Billing Executive / B.Com

k9hrsolutions is looking for billing executive - prepare and generate invoices on time.

- verify billing details, rates, quantities, and approvals.

- maintain billing records and files.

- coordinate with departments to resolve billing

discrepancies.

- record daily cash and bank transactions in accounting

software.

- handle cash receipts, payments, and bank deposits.

- reconcile bank statements regularly.

- maintain cash book and bank ledger accuracy.

- assist the accounts team with monthly closing tasks.

- basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and data entry.

- familiarity with accounting software (tally/erp or

any billing software).

- good knowledge of ms excel and documentation.

- strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

software.
