essential functions:

• own the design, development, and maintenance of bi dashboards and reports

• design, implement, maintain and improve data warehousing

• design models for the data warehouse, data marts, and data integration

• identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and create quantitative models that tie to business results

• create models for predictive analytics

• write high-quality code to retrieve and analyze data

• ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools

• work with developers to aggregate large data sets for use within bi solutions

• develop, design, and optimize complex sql queries

• participate in database analysis, design, and build effort

• participate in product design and code reviews competencies:

• strong knowledge and experience using bi platforms and analytics tools (sisense, qlik, tibco jaspersoft, salesforce, microsoft power bi, pandora, tableau, google analytics, ssrs, etc.)

• exceptional data problem solving and business communication skills

• strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• strong proficiency in relational database design and administration education and experience:

• minimum a bachelor degree in computer science or mathematics and data sciences with relevant work experience • 2+ years of working experience
