Job Title: BI DeveloperSummary of Position:As part of the Business Analytics team, you will develop enterprise-level business intelligence solutions using the latest tools, methods, and frameworks. We seek a candidate who excels at innovation and creativity, converting data into information and information into insights to help our end users make informed business decisions. A successful candidate has strong analytical skills and technology experience working with business intelligence tools and is passionate about using data to drive decision-making.Essential Functions: Own the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports Design, implement, maintain and improve data warehousing Design models for the data warehouse, data marts, and data integration Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and create quantitative models that tie to business results Create models for predictive analytics Write high-quality code to retrieve and analyze data Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools Work with developers to aggregate large data sets for use within BI solutions Develop, design, and optimize complex SQL queries Participate in database analysis, design, and build effort Participate in product design and code reviews Competencies: Strong knowledge and experience using BI platforms and analytics tools (SiSense, Qlik, TIBCO Jaspersoft, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Pandora, Tableau, Google Analytics, SSRS, etc.) Exceptional data problem solving and business communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong proficiency in relational database design and administration Education and Experience: Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics and Data Sciences with relevant work experience 2+ years of working experience
