Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads, convert prospects into business deals
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
Maintain and nurture client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Track market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
34 years of experience in Business Development (preferably IT / Software / Digital Services)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and proposal writing
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
