We€™re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 3€“4 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
€¢ Generate and qualify leads, convert prospects into business deals
€¢ Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
€¢ Maintain and nurture client relationships
€¢ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
€¢ Track market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
€¢ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
€¢ 3€“4 years of experience in Business Development (preferably IT / Software / Digital Services)
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
€¢ Proficiency in CRM tools and proposal writing
€¢ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
