Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head to lead Sales, Business Development, and Operations in the rapidly growing Aesthetic & Hair Wellness industry.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, lead high-performing teams, and execute innovative sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching
Revenue & Business Development
Drive new client acquisition and retention strategies
Achieve regional revenue targets and profitability goals
Client & Partner Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, doctors & partners
Represent the company at industry events & networking platforms
Market Analysis & Collaboration
Monitor industry trends & competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing, product & customer service teams
Training & Talent Development
Recruit, train & nurture team members
Implement ongoing sales training programs
Performance Monitoring
Track weekly, monthly & quarterly KPIs
Develop improvement strategies for team productivity
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Sales (MBA preferred)
12+ years of sales leadership experience
Minimum 5 years in Aesthetic, Hair, Beauty, or Healthcare industry
Proven success in revenue growth & team leadership
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Experience engaging with doctors, clinicians & HNI clients
Strong analytical & strategic thinking ability
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office (digital marketing knowledge is a plus)
