1. Customer Acquisition
Open new Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities

2. Sales & Cross-Selling
Sell banking products like:

Credit Card
Personal Loan
Insurance
FD/RD
Investment products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Increase bank business through cross-selling
3. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer financial needs
Provide suitable banking solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
4. Client Handling
Handle customer queries and complaints
Provide product information and financial guidance
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Retain existing customers
5. Field & Branch Work
Visit market and corporate offices
Meet potential clients
Conduct sales meetings and presentations
Coordinate with branch team and product team
