We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Airlines Back Office Data Entry Operator to join our aviation support team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting text and numerical data regarding flight manifests, passenger bookings, loyalty programs, and cargo logs into our specialized airline systems. Your focus will be on maintaining absolute accuracy, as slight errors can impact flight tracking and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Data Input & System Management

Flight Manifests: Input passenger, crew, and baggage information into the airline database prior to departure.

Booking Audits: Update and reconcile changes in flight bookings, cancellations, and ticket reissues.

Cargo Logging: Record weight, freight dimensions, and destination tracking details for cargo shipments..

Reporting & Operations Support

MIS Generation: Produce daily flight load factors and revenue summaries for senior management.

Compliance Checks: Securely handle sensitive passenger information (such as passports and credit cards) under strict data protection protocols.
