We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Staff member who can handle customer interactions, manage office stock, and perform basic computer-related tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal with customers professionally, both in person and over the phone
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage and maintain office stock and supplies
Keep basic office records and documentation
Perform day-to-day office administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal staff for smooth office operations
Ensure a clean and organized office environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, data entry)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Basic understanding of stock management
Organized, responsible, and punctual
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in an office or customer-handling role
Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting is a plus
