Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company records and databases.

Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.

Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence when required.

Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.

Assist in inventory management and record keeping.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
