Back Office Executive Jobs For 12th Pass Freshers

k9hr solutions are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented back office & client support executive to join our loan consultancy firm. this role primarily involves back-office operations, client servicing, and internal coordination, with limited external work.

key responsibilities:

• back-office operations (approx. 90%)

o prepare, maintain, and process loan documentation and client files

o handle data entry, document verification, and records management

o coordinate internally for smooth documentation flow and application tracking

o maintain confidentiality and

accuracy in all administrative work

• client handling & support (office- based only)

o communicate with existing clients for document requirements, updates, and queries

o provide solutions to client issues related to their loan process

o build and maintain professional relationships with clients through regular follow-ups

o facilitate new client collaboration and onboarding from office premises only—no field visits required

• external coordination (approx. 10%)

o submit documents to banks and financial institutions as needed

o follow up with external parties for document clearance and verification.
