We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Kolkata. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have recently completed their 12th grade and are eager to begin their professional journey.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately inputting information into our systems to maintain up-to-date records.

- **Documentation Management**: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to important information.

- **Customer Support**: Assisting clients and customers through email or phone by addressing their queries and providing information.

- **Reporting**: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.

- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
