As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team in Hooghly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into the company’s systems to maintain up-to-date records and information.
- **Document Management**: Organize and file documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important materials.
- **Communication Support**: Assist in responding to inquiries through emails and phone calls, providing necessary information to clients and colleagues.
- **Inventory Control**: Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate resources are available.
- **Report Generation**: Compile and prepare reports as needed by management to track performance and operational efficiency.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- A minimum education of 12th grade is required, demonstrating a foundational understanding of basic concepts.
