Job Description

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our team in Hooghly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into the company’s systems to maintain up-to-date records and information.

- **Document Management**: Organize and file documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important materials.

- **Communication Support**: Assist in responding to inquiries through emails and phone calls, providing necessary information to clients and colleagues.

- **Inventory Control**: Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure adequate resources are available.

- **Report Generation**: Compile and prepare reports as needed by management to track performance and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A minimum education of 12th grade is required, demonstrating a foundational understanding of basic concepts.

- Strong proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), to perform tasks effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, especially if you have less experience in the field (0 - 2 years is acceptable for applicants).

You will be expected to work full-time from our office in Hooghly, contributing positively to the team environment and overall company goals.
