We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. As a Back Office Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customer, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling paperwork and documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all office documents, files, and records.
- Coordinating with different departments: You will need to communicate effectively with various teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Data entry and analysis: You will be required to input data accurately into the system and analyze it for reporting purposes.
- Managing office supplies: Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed.
- Providing administrative support: Assisting with scheduling meetings, answering calls, and responding to emails.
Skills and Expectations:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
