Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

o Order Processing: Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents quickly and accurately

o Inventory Management: Track polished diamond or jewelry stock, monitor stockpile levels, and assist in periodic audits.

o Client Coordination: Respond to B2B customer queries via , phone, or digital channels and coordinate with buyers (retailers, wholesalers, and exporters).

o Database & CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in CRM software or MIS.

o Sales Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to help sales managers forecast revenue.
