Back Office Administration Executive

Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Back Office Administration Staff for its Head Office at Mulund, Mumbai.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Relevant administration / back-office experience preferred

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Location: Thane

Employment: Full-Time

Unit Visits: Required as part of the job

Key Responsibilities

Back-office administration and coordination

Audit and review of various hospital administrative processes

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports

Collection and verification of data from different hospital units

Follow-up with unit administration teams for pending tasks and compliance

Periodic visits to Platinum Hospitals units for administrative audits and verification

Documentation, record keeping and MIS reporting

Monitoring implementation of management instructions

Coordination with HR, Operations, Accounts and other departments

Reporting observations, deficiencies and corrective-action status to management

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

Good computer knowledge - MS Excel, Word, & MIS

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Good communication and coordination ability

Willingness to travel to different hospital units for audits and administrative work

Candidates with hospital administration / healthcare experience will be preferred
