A leading company in IT Training & Skilling is seeking a B2B Sales Manager (Enterprise & Academic Accounts) to drive enterprise business and academic partnerships across India. This role offers the opportunity to work with top corporates, universities, and training partners to deliver world-class certification and up skilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business across enterprise and academic segments
• Sell IT certification programs (AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D leaders, deans, and training coordinators
• Manage enterprise sales, academic partnerships, RFPs, and tenders
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven track record in B2B / Enterprise & Academic Sales
• Strong network within universities, colleges, and training partners
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
