Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales & Client Relationship
Present new jewellery collections, explain product features, and generate orders.
Visit existing and potential B2B clients (retail jewelers) regularly.
Convert sales enquiries into confirmed orders and increase average ticket size through upselling.
Collect client feedback and ensure timely resolutions of issues or queries.
2. Order Management
Accurately collect and input client orders into the system/formats.
Handle in-out of approval stock and repair items responsibly.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure all client transactions are documented properly.
3. Lead Generation & Market Development
Identify and approach new retail jewelry stores in assigned territory.
Share company profile, product range, and pricing to onboard new clients.
Maintain enquiry records using CEF (Client Enquiry Form) and track progress.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily reporting via DRF (Daily Reporting Form) - morning & evening.
Update all field activity including meter reading, location logs, and tour plans.
Prepare packing lists for client deliveries and maintain approval records.
Keep all internal dashboards and trackers updated as per schedule.
5. Professional Conduct
Always be in proper uniform with ID badge while visiting clients.
Never sit at a client’s desk without permission.
Represent the company with sincerity, warmth, and integrity in every interaction.
Update WhatsApp status daily with product/showroom highlights.

Education & Experience:
Minimum: Graduate (Preferred: BBA/ or relevant)
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (jewelry or luxury goods industry preferred)
Language: Fluent in Hindi + regional language; Basic English for reporting
Follow Up & Communication Skills
Strong follow-up ability and sales discipline.
Ability to work independently and manage time and route efficiently.
Convincing power with empathy, not pressure.
Basic knowledge of diamond jewelry SKUs, types, and pricing.
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel (basic), and Google Forms.
Working Style
Field-intensive role - expected to travel and visit clients daily.
Must be open to working extended hours and covering multiple cities/states.
Flexible to stay overnight when needed for client visits or exhibitions.
