Aviation Trainer (Only Females)

1. Conduct engaging training sessions on aviation procedures, customer service standards, safety

regulations, and emergency protocols.

2. Develop and update training materials to ensure they align with industry standards, airline

policies, and safety guidelines.

3. Provide students with in-depth knowledge of airline operations, cabin crew duties, security

measures, and passenger handling.

4. Ensure trainees are proficient in aviation safety protocols, emergency procedures including

handling difficult situations, ensuring passenger satisfaction, and the latest regulations governing

the aviation industry.

5. Assess student performance through written tests, practical exercises, and role-playing scenarios,

offering constructive feedback.

6. Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding career opportunities in aviation, including

resume building and interview preparation.

7. Foster effective communication and presentation skills, preparing students for real-world aviation

job requirements.
