• Technical troubleshooting of issues that clients face in electroplating bath as well as Pre & post-treatment process
• Major geographic regions of work to include South East Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc)
• Analyzing market requirements to identify process needs
• Lead conversions from competitors by analyzing best suitable product as replacement from our profile
• Establish Channel Sales in new territories such as Russia, Eastern Block Countries, South America
• Follow up on orders & payments
• Act as a single point of contact for after sales service support to customers
• Achievement of area-wise targets
Qualifications:
