Candidate shall be Assisting superiors in the following activities:
1. Drafting Various Work orders/Purchase Orders after having thorough negotiations with vendors and contractors.
2. Drafting various Letters to clients and sub-Contractors with input from superiors.
3. Collecting data from Project teams in the form of reports and making weekly & monthly progress reports.
4. Preparing Work program Schedules in coordination with the Project Teams.
5. Collecting and Maintaining all Project relevant data for ready available nature.
6. Preparation of draft Bills with the input shared from the Project Team.
7. Coordinating with the Head office and Project Team for the smooth running of the Site.
8. Should develop a sound knowledge about the Projects activities and various materials and machineries used to complete the site in time.
9. Should have sound knowledge of software such as MS Office, Autocad etc.
