ensure prompt response to customer issues

ensuring quality of repair work in the workshop

minimum vehicle downtime

shop floor management (job controlling, bay allotments, supervisor loading)

maximize bay productivity & efficiency.

ensuring shop floor readiness for appointment vehicles

continuous improvement activities in shop floor.

ensure 5s & workplace safety

conduct daily morning meeting in workshop with floor team

cascading service information's/ bulletins to the team

ensure workshop readiness in terms of manpower, tools & equipment's

technicians skill matrix review and their improvement planning

coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centres

ensure policy implementation as derived by dicv

implement changes/modifications in workshop based on customer’s feedback

repeat complaint monitoring & analysis, countermeasures for the same

monitor service measure deployment on time.

maintain workforce morale and motivation in the workshop
