job purpose: assistant manager - sales & specification is a techno-commercial role responsible for delivering sales through a combination of specification and project working + channel management in the assigned territory.
job description:
achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory
project working - maintain & track data base of industrial and building segment projects & convert them into business.
mapping & visiting consultants & architects to help specify saint-gobain insulation solutions.
technical presentations and support to customers
work with system-providers like drywall companies, roofing, insulation contractors and hvac contractors, to sell techno-commercially viable solutions.
channel management + development of new channel partners
market development activities - trade shows, presentations
business development through geographical expansion
closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
