We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in Kapurbawdi, Thane. This role is ideal for those with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and a post-graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Assist in Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
2. **Team Support**: Help manage the sales team by providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring targets are met.
3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service.
4. **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
5. **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, detailing team performance and areas for growth.
