Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in Kapurbawdi, Thane. This role is ideal for those with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and a post-graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assist in Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth.

2. **Team Support**: Help manage the sales team by providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring targets are met.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service.

4. **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

5. **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, detailing team performance and areas for growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. A good understanding of sales processes and strategies is essential. The candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess problem-solving skills to tackle challenges proactively. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment are critical for success in this role. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
