Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive field sales for Shell Industrial Lubricants and Greases.

Engage with existing industrial clients and build long-term relationships.

Aggressively chase for new customers with support from Shell.

Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Provide timely market feedback and customer insights.

Qualifications:

Preferred: BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical

Alternate: / Any Graduate (must be passionate about field sales)

Experience:

23 years in industrial or field sales to industrial customers

Compensation:

LPA (based on experience)

Conveyance Allowance

Performance-based Incentives + Extra Incentives

Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English & Hindi (others are a plus)

Two-Wheeler: Mandatory
