Responsibility :.

prepare regular sales reports for the management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement,

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflows.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience (2-4 years)

Excellent communication (oral And written) and interpersonal skills,

Leadership and team management abilities.

Goal oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
