Responsibilities:

Maximize team knowledge and productivity by effectively training, monitoring and directing employees in application of best practices and regulatory protocols

Managing day to day people requirements & ensuring smooth operations.
—
Maintain optimum staff levels by tracking vacancies and initiating recruitment and interview processes to identify qualified candidates
—
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
— Employee Life Cycle (Pre-boarding, On Boarding & Off Boarding).
—
Employee related paperwork, such as employment contracts and formal notices of termination, proper process & documentation.
— Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
— Prepare internal MIS€™s on a monthly basis like attrition analysis.
—
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
—
Co-ordinating with Department Heads for career development of staffs.
—
Chalking our programs for staff learning and development.
—
Handling staff leave and attendance related matters. Skill sets:
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Experience presenting to different audiences verbally in writing and in presentation format
— High process orientation and people oriented.
— Strong employee relations.
— Excellent in MS Office products like Word, Excel, Power point
