roles &responsibilities
Ø responsible for end to end process (client on boarding to delivery)
Ø responsible for new client acquisition as well as day to day client coordination.
Ø driving delivery team to ensure maximum closures
Ø b2b,sales,negotiation and closing the deal, agreement formalities.
Ø client relationship to ensure regular business opportunities.
Ø responsible for acquiring new clients in pan india market through cold calling and meeting with the prospect clients.
Ø maintaining good relationships with the clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
Ø working closely with the delivery team to make sure that the turnaround time is maintained.
Ø industries- it, bfsi, nbfc's, fmcg, manufacturing, pharma etc.
Ø engage with clients at a senior level and regular follow ups to secure repeat business.
