Evana Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in branding and marketing, as well as strong digital skillset. The candidate will have a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as establishing a strong brand presence in both national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategy and marketing plans

Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences

Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

Participate in national and international trade fairs to promote the brand

Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including:

Social media management and advertising

SEO/SEM optimization

Email marketing and automation

Content creation and management

Web analytics and tracking

Affiliate marketing and influencer outreach

Design brand materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Requirements:-

minimum of 2 years of experience as a brand manager or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Creative mindset with good knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience in participating in national and international trade fairs

Strong digital marketing skill set, including:
