Experience Required : Minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking/ NBFC/ Financial *Services in Business Development, Sales, Operations or Marketing role at the Managerial Level

Or

Candidates from Armed Forces are welcome (Indian Navy & Indian Air Force) Age between 35 to 45 years

Job Location : RK Puram, Chirag Delhi, Katwaria Sarai, Ashram, Mahipalpur, Faridabad, Sant Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Nehru Place.

Responsibilities :

The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service.

Oversee all office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently to ensure target achievement of the branch.

Identify current and prospective sales and expansion opportunities to increase in walk-in of the branch.

Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.

Develop and execute branch sales strategies. Responsible for business development within the branch market to meet or exceed business development goals; development, coaching and discipline of staff.

Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.

Comply on Audit requirements and ensure 100% adherence to compliance.

Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.

Age Criteria : Between 30 to 45 years

Qualifications: *Regular Graduates or Postgraduates from a recognized College/ University ( except BTECH/ BE)

Compensation : 7 LPA inclusive of incentive and Annual bonus.

Monthly Gross Salary ( to ) Extra Perks : Performance Incentive, Foreign trips( Performance basis)
