Sales & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target for the territory assigned.
Responsible for comprehensive field work to identify prospects and develop clientele.
Ensure systematic presentation of organizations services to identified prospects.
Regularly attend client grievances and ensure complaints are resolved within the desired timeframe.
Responsible for collection of outstanding payments from the clients as per terms of credit contractually agreed.
Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with existing clients within the assigned territory for incremental business.
Ensure to send daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to the Reporting Head providing information about the calls made, sales effected, services rendered, route schedule, expenses incurred, market scenario, competition, if any, etc.
Responsible to attend sales meetings convened by seniors at periodical intervals to discuss the challenges faced in business development.
Responsible to attend business related exhibitions/seminars and update to seniors.
Open to travel extensively within the territories assigned.
Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationship.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Perform Cold-calling and build a strong pipeline of business prospects.
