position: area sales manager

salary: up to lpa

responsibilities:

we are looking for an area sales officer/ area sales manager who can drive sales through corporate

dsa channels and take ownership and deliver results.

• responsible for onboarding of new dsa / corporate dsa.

• preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection

report, monthly sales plan etc.

• to create a ground network of dsa's and connectors that will bring in pl business to the

company.

• to maintain constant engagement and relationship with all partners to ensure longevity of

business.

• to liaise internally with credit and operations teams for ensuring disbursals of files logged in

with the company.

• to execute dynamic contests and competitions with all partners to maintain the relationship.

• will be reporting to the rsm on a daily basis.

• owning and hitting/exceeding monthly sales targets.

• performance based incentives included.

• this is an on-field job and not work from home
