Responsibilities:
Achieving assigned sales objectives of the area consistently.
Conducting joint field work for addressing issues of TSEs/MRs.
Developing a trained, committed, and motivated team of frontline sales professionals.
Mentoring and coaching the team members.
Converting new / difficult customers into potential ones.
Conducting sales promotion campaigns.
Staying updated on customers and market knowledge.
Keeping the team motivated to achieve the set targets.
Ensuring adherence of Stewardship and Compliance norms of the organization by self and team.
Spend more than 80% time in customer facing selling.
Education Qualification:
Graduate (pref: B. Pharm)
Post-Graduation in Management (pref: pharmaceutical)

Experience in product launches / market research will be an added advantage.
