Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

 Appoint and develop new distributors and strengthen the existing dealer network.

 Increase secondary sales through distributors and channel partners.

 Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

 Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, and market activation activities.

 Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

 Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.

 Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.

 Track distributor stock levels and ensure product availability.

 Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional campaigns.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report.
